@77BLc9JwJGpLVARkamJx He never was a good guy in the first place. In an early chapter, we saw him lighting the hair of a woman on fire just so he could smell the "beautifull" smell of burnt hair. He even admitted that he did this regularly.
But yeah, I get where you come from. Him killing the police and the twins was probably to cover his tracks and avoid an Kira-versus-L-situation. But killing the blind old man was unnecessary. He would have been sent to prison anyway. The police was suspecting him of being the culprit, so making him the sole survivor again would have sealt his fate.

Overall I liked the manga. It had good art and a nice pacing with a weird but understandable conclusion at the end. The twins felt kinda rushed, but I guess the author needded someone to explain everything and there was no way to get them involved in the plot sooner.

Also props to the translators. They all did a good job.
