add a recommendation section and some more personalization

this is mostly to get people to stay on this site through other people's suggestions. Kinda of like how MLA does it except better for this site. Also what I mean by 'more personalization' i mean stuff like articles written by some people in the community in order to get people to comment on topics or to promote some manga. stuff that could get people more interesting in knowing about some new manga that they've never heard of or to personalize a recommendation list for each person. all to keep people returning to this site.
