MangaDex includes support for 6 main tracking websites to track works:
All of those except Kitsu have pages where users can view all works by a given author/artist. For example:

Suggestion:
Add those 5 tracking websites as options in the drop-down list when editing authors/artists so they can be linked under "Where to Find".
