Adding Uzbek language to Uploading chapters [Implemented]

Hi Guys! Recently so many people in my Country(Uzbekistan) have been getting into reading manga so I've been thinking about Translating Manga to Uzbek Language and uploading it to MangaDex. And I just translated Kingdom Manga first chapter and wanted to upload, but there was no Uzbek language. So I think it would be good to add Uzbek language to uploadable manga language. Thank you so much!
