Not only Author&Artist but "Author of original work", "Assistant (Background, Coloring, etc.)", "Story adaptation", "Character draft", etc.
Some roles will be visible in the Author/Artist field ( Title page ), e.g. "Author of original work"... but some will be only visible on the Author/Artist page, e.g. "Assistant".

While assistants and original character designers certainly deserve credit where credit is due, I don't think including on MangaDex pages is really going to improve the experience that much.

@dane17eduard Rarely. In/Spectre mentions assistants, but even then there's nothing about their exact roles.
