I think it's pretty clear Kanata's dealing with a lot of comp het. She's attracted to Yui, but that doesn't mean she's in love with her yet, and she's so stuck in "knowing" she's straight that she can't even admit to the attraction. It also makes sense that her attracted would manifest for Yui since Yui is "safe". She doesn't have to worry about the ramifications of a same-sex relationship, it can just be physical, which is a safe way to explore feelings. All this under the surface.Dunno, maybe it's just me but it's only chapter 2 and i feel like mc is falling way too easily for the obvious sex crazed lesbian that goes for constant one night stands every day and she is aware of it, yet she's been swooning for her since literally chapter 1..
"I might not be a lesbian, but why isn't she topping me, do i have no charm?..
not like it'd wanted that. Anyway f me now"
Story tried emphasising how mc was cheated on, yet she's falling for the biggest cheat for no reason whatsoever, rather she has so little aversion it's weird, it just makes it feel like mc's thought process is "Oh, she's doing so many women.. i can't.. i think i love her and want her to do me too hmpf", makes it a little hard to take mc seriously
I Personally relate to the MC in a way. I don't have really similar circumstances but I relate to feeling secure in having someone close to me and enjoying being spoiled how Yui seems to. And I get Kanata falling for her even if she is a red flag.Dunno, maybe it's just me but it's only chapter 2 and i feel like mc is falling way too easily for the obvious sex crazed lesbian that goes for constant one night stands every day and she is aware of it, yet she's been swooning for her since literally chapter 1..

While you have a point, the demand for suspension of disbelief is still a little too high for me, she should at least initially dislike her a lot due to having a history of being cheated on, however they've been living together for months so maybe that was indeed the case and it just hasn't been portrayed yet.I Personally relate to the MC in a way. Also let's not forget that Yui is really good at what she does 😌 there's a reason she has a reputation but still pulls like crazy.
