Yeah, it's going a bit much into harem territory. Male MC is the only male character in a "datable" age range that is even somewhat likable. The only flaw is the other student, the returning student, although he seems shady and is probably like that to try to make the readers not trust him. All of that makes it look so natural that the MC gets all the girls.
