I think Saki is simply feel she have more superior privilege because she's in position as mother. It's more like "You can date my boy, but he's still entirely mine, as my son. Maybe you're his gf, but I know him a lot bcs I'm his mother".

Wew....okay, so the mask is coming off at some stage and I have thought of a few ways it can happen:
1. Jun fumbles the bag with his friend, goes to Saki for more practice and declares that Saki is special to him, Saki immediately uses her tongue and gives him a French kiss.
2. Jun and his friend kiss but it's not the same feeling he got with Saki and desperately demands to kiss without the mask by declaring Saki is special to him.
3. Jun and his friend kiss, it's fine but he wants more from Saki, declares Saki is special and needs more intimate training.
I think the whole mask thing and Saki denying Jun her lips is to make Jun crave it more, it's a psychological play and Jun needs to pass me the controller.

Saki was aiming for Jun before she knew Riko existed. To Saki, Riko is merely an obstacle that needed to be dealt with, not a goal to be reached.
Now why did she pushed the 2 together in the first place? assumably, she want to completely shatter their relationship in the most messed up way so that they ceased to be even friends, leaving Jun isolated with no one to lean on other than Saki. if Jun kissed Saki that day in the summer vacation and they crossed the line Riko would still be in the picture and will interfere in their relationship even if they kept it a secret, so Saki need to obliterate her so that Jun will have an eyes only for her with no interference.
Why is she after Jun? We still don't have a clear answer to that, there are some speculations that Jun might carry a resemblance to someone she held dear. But needless to say, her intentions aren't pure at all.

Well considering that his son is a child, I think he would definitely have a problem with it.
From what we have seen of the dad, he really didn't care, he married Saki, told her to take care of his son and just left.
