I really like this story! I like that it’s a drama and not romance. So far, the crown prince is my favorite character. He’s smart, witty, & loyal to his father and empire. I look forward to the story’s progression.

Was she so traumatized by her past death that she felt faint, revealing her injured hand like that? They set her up to be more put together, so that shoe horned slip really doesn't match her character setting.

bc ur comment was the first comment I came across to and it's just a lot of negativity --> I respect ur opinion and I do agree tht the plot isn't the best but there's no need for the excessive profanity

the characters have their own traits and it makes sense for ppl at a high rank and wealth to act arrogant since they believe that they have a lot of power due to their status
and also imagine of u were the girl- going thru death and seeing ur friends die in front of u is not something to be taken light of, so if she's afraid, she has every reason to

uh and if u rlly dont care for the story then why put effort in writing that whole paragraph... i think ppl should just read it themselves and form their own opinions abt the story, some may like it, some might not
AND also just respect the author, their decisions, and the scan groups, who all put effort into this, whether or not the story is trash

i hope anyone reading the comments will not b deterred from reading the story, whatever thoughts others have maybe not b the same with urs

@cinnamoncookie yeah, i don't like that he's the ML too, but objectively, you can't really fault him for getting her executed. Remember, Aideen (1) killed the 2nd prince, his brother and (2) indirectly caused the death of his father, who became depressed after 2nd prince's death. If anything, CP has more cause to despise Aideen, because she basically ruined his family. Yes, she was manipulated, but she still did it without thinking. Basically, for me Aideen pre-reincarnation doesn't seem to have much conscience. Like, she doesn't think if its right or wrong to kill some person, she just does it because king ordered her. And that's kind of on her conscience.

Art is the only good thing I see in this series. Unless somehow they can improve from here on out, which I find very doubtful just judging by the forceful scenes they needlessly throw into your face. I don’t know about you guys but I found it very awkward to see them try so hard to throw these critical moments in at the weirdest and most unfitting time. Aside from how they created her character to be “top assassin under the Emperor and did all the dirty work”. 😂

Personal opinion, they should’ve spaced it out. That would’ve made it flow much nicer. Maybe ML sees her fight these hooligans, she gets cut but somewhere else that’s not as noticeable. He wonders if she is a friend or a foe, tries to find out who she is awhilst on defense against her princess persona in the palace. So now he’s got two girls on his mind, one that is incredibly strong and the other one incredibly fragile and soft. As the story progress, author puts in some few events here and there where he starts to realize how they seem so different yet so alike at the same time. BAM! Blah blah blah He somehow gets to see her scar and put the pieces together and realize they were the same all along and then
