I don't remember all the details bc it has been like 8 years since i read it but form my memory this is how it went, maki asked sakamoto for help on the last arc and he only accepts if their later have a fight and loser has to do what the winner wants, I don't remember if make ever made the agreement, point is he end ups helping and on the last chapter or couple they did fight and somehow maki lost even thought she had already fought someone even stronger than sakamoto, but oh well maki pass up and then when she wakes up again she was completely nude and sakamoto was beside her on a bed, she gives him a suplex and runs out of the building. pretty much it is implied that sakamoto raped her, but giving from the times of the manga it was "ok"
