It's in the part where we see a semblance figure of her, after she says that their kids study together. Could be a translator issue, but it's not that she's a hooker or similar, but rather sex overall as a business( like erotism or hot videos).

I retranslated that part. It was a translator issue. He did in fact say that sex with Rika felt dizzing, the pleasure not stopping. And that she knew a lot about social media management.
Though, in a way, the overall meaning i gave is still right. She does treat sex like a business. You can take both Shingo and Shiratori's case to see that.
Though, adding that with last chapter, that she made Shingo have sex to practice and become better, and the fact that Sousuke lasted less than 2 minutes, you can say that she is very experienced...enough to sell her product. Truly a marvel.

this makes me not want to marry.
Just looking at akiba's body motion how she is clutching her other hand,embarrassed and speaking with eyes closed anyone can tell she is definitely hiding something.
I think she also changed the sd card using the back up excuse.
I think when sousuke was busy with shinjo,rika confronted akiba and showed her the video of her and sousuke or another person being intimate.Rika used this video to blackmail akiba into changing the sd card so that sousuke doesn't get framed as a cheating husband.
The Greatest sin is definitely related to this.

Probably not a video, but photos and other videos of Akiba and Sousuke together throughout the story so far( in the school, happening bar, etc). After she discovered that Sousuke knew, and remembered that Akiba was with him, she probably breadcrumbed her steps to understand how he managed to find out.

Вторая версия, Рика в панике сбежала, не зная, как все объяснить мужу. Она будет придумывать оправдания. And the last theory, Rika wants more attention from her husband, so that he spends more time with her, not at work. This explains both her pregnancy and escape, and even the money in the bank account. Money for my husband to quit his job and spend more time with her. But this theory is true only if Rika doesn't cheat, and all the videos from the account are edited.
I think of her escape as less than a runaway and more of a tatical retreat. With Shingo exposed and she knowing that Sousuke knows, she retreated to better understand how far she was compromised, and how Sousuke was able to find out.
A lot can still go on in the story, but what we know is that, for a fact, her social media bussiness involves cheating and betrayal sex. So, either way, she's guilty.
62 dropped. Not much this time.
Minor notes:
It's been 3 weeks since Rika ran away. Sousuke has been living with Shiho while working. He knows the Video of Rika and Shingo is real, but since the evidence disappeared, and she was nowhere to be found, everything became stagnant. Basically, the chapter focuses on Shiho getting his spirits up so he can continue to the next part: search for Rika and hear her side of the story.
Shiho called her grandma( Sousuke's mom) for help at home. Shiho also says that she doesn't want Sousuke to worry about her and continue his doings towards Rika. She finalizes by saying she enjoyed their time being the 2 of them, because she loves her father a lot.
I may have gotten something off of the translator, but, basically, Sousuke's introspection is leading him to go look for some clues at Rika's parent's house.

Minor notes:
- Shiho is a smart girl, despite her age;
- When lost in thought, Sousuke Thought about asking for help from Akiba-sensei, then called her Megumi-san and remembered her in underwear while blushing;
He forgive shinjo so easily and probably will forgive rika too no matter what she has done.

Agreed. Though, considering Rika was the one who approached him, and how much of a pathetic wuss he ended up being, i'd say it would be more like bullying the weird kid in the playground. But at least Mitsuri Should've beaten him for being such an idiot...
What I don't understand is why sousuke didn't interrogate shinjo about the affair like when it started,who is the father of the child,how much money they earned and how they contacted each other.Sousuke interrogated every guy except for shinjo.
A lot of the japanese comments are exactly about this. Rikas's child? Shingo's affair? How much farther did they go? Sousuke's sin's realization? It seems to go about as you'd expect: won't be answered yet, just to prolong the story.
There's also the issue of her parents. Sousuke called them, but they didn't answer. Is she lying to them? Blackmailing them? Is she lying about them? Are they really her parents?

У меня есть одна теория: это у Соски проблемы с головой. Возможно, это провалы в памяти или раздвоение личности. Во всех видео на канале «Момонга» есть Соска и Рика, просто Соска этого не помнит. Рика решила заработать на этих видео и наняла Мори на монтаж и озвучку. Вы скажете, что Рик и Мори были в баре и записали видео, но они могли записать только звук, видео было записано ранее с Соской. This theory can be confirmed by a DNA test, as Rika is confident in it. As for Ricky's escape, it's due to the fact that Rika wants to maintain Sosuke's condition. The more irritation the main character has, the greater the exacerbation of the disease.

That would be Sousuke Gaslighting himself. But it doesn't add up in all aspects: Akiba understood that the second child wasn't Sousuke's based on the fetus's size and development X last they had sex. Rika approached Shiratori and Shingo to develop their bussiness strategys herself. More importantly, this bussiness wouldn't giver her so much of an income with just these two only.
And more recently, considering the SD card Shingo, and unless she had another timestamp to cover it, we can assume, she put a fake SD card for Shingo to recover, while the one with her was used by her to post the video on momonga.
The reason why she said it was OK for a DNA test was, basically: she knew they were going to catch Shingo sooner or later, and probably planned to escape/disappear after it, so it would render the Plea for a DNA test kinda useless.
Unless the manga play itself in an idiotic manner and say she never had sex outside her marriage, we can assume she cheated nevertheless.
But even if she didn't, it doesn't change that this evolved from a supposed adulterous problem to a full double life scandal. And depending how the thing with her parents go, it can even go to a false identity like crisis.
