Remember in the first chapter they said that only a very rare few had superpowers? Because at this point I feel like we've seen over 100 criminals with superpowers and considering most people don't become criminals there's probably thousands of non-criminals with superpowers. Also Zero the Hero organization is just so fucking lame and edgy and stupid. What are even mad at the heroes for? We haven't seen any kind of hero society that could be deeply corrupt like in my hero Academia. They're just mad at random people for taking down criminal organizations.

They are literally in a jail made specifically to house superpowered female criminals. Every inmate has a superpower.

Zero the Hero is definitely half baked with almost no hint as to what its about or the things they have done up until this point. We'll probably see a bunch about it and the heroes in the next few chapters.
