Yeah, I agree with you on both points. Umimi hasn't moved on despite her efforts into making it look like she has and Takt is definitely a POS.

Yep yep to both. Umimi was only interested in Takt, because of Riku to begin with. I think Umimi doesn't just not like Takt, but thinks badly of him to some degree. If only she knew the full extent of how much of a POS takt really is. For instance if she was to learn Why Takt even asked her out in the first place that would go a long way. Takt literally dated her for one month. He was clearly not interested in her at all. He just wanted to take her away from Riku. Like the POS that he is.
