Um, no - the human chest is pretty robust. If you were an adult performing CPR on a young child (and there are special techniques for both young kids, toddlers and infants), or there was a big disparity in mass, sure. Otherwise your arm muscles will wear out (if you're doing it right), long before you'd actually get around to cracking, never mind breaking someone's ribs.
