Does anyone know any manga similar to this in concept? Just pure wholesome romance between a loving couple and no drama? if possible, one where the girlfriends older then the boyfriend (not required, just a preference i have).

First that comes to mind is Shikimori's Not Just Cute. There is some drama relating to self-confidence, but no antagonistic drama that I can recall, and mostly just a fun relationship.

There is not a single flaw in this manga. This is as close to perfect romcoms can get.
