This was always one of my favourites, short yet cute and a little bit thought-provoking. In terms of themes, it kinda reminds me of The Day the Earth Stood Still where it involves aliens slowly learning about the good things about humanity and, more precisely, family. Though of course, this series is much more slice-of-life-oriented as a whole.

If I were to say, I think my favourites in this were the first couple and the widowed bookstore owner. The first was quite cute and had a sweet yet funny resolution to their story, while the second was quite bittersweet without beating you over the head with its themes. All in all, a great and quick read!

Still one of my favorite short story so far. Simple concept but the execution is so great
