i mean i'm sure there's a standard recipe for karage other than a specific dipping sauce but i'd have expected the previous owner to leave behind recipe notes unless she somehow makes it 'better'. i would love to try some chicken karaage made fresh but other than like a sushi place idk if there's many japanese focused places around my area versus korean/chinese/viet
IDK if the naming style's just like that in JP but other than 3 being a 'lucky' number (googling, i found a place called Sam's no 3), i wonder if there actually are closer by places called "#1 and #2" lol
