It seemed like it was implied that Irifune liked Bambi in some way, but even if that's the case, she could have been honest lots of times. At least Ako and Bambi are being honest.

There's a few big ones.
• Irifune hangs out with Bambi, but pretty much doesn't give other guys the time of day, especially the guy who likes her.
• Back in chapter 10, she tries to get him to stay in school and cries when he turns her down harshly.
• When she says, "it's easy to turn your back to what's right in front of you," while standing right in front of him, it seemed like the subtext was their relationship.
• The black haired guy who likes Irifune also said it straight, "she likes him so much she just had to force him to stay."

Looks like more people are accepting the fact that Ako is just staying? I mean Bambi for one definitely but even the eye patch kid said he didn't mind and Kanae said if she had a reflection it's kinda over.

I think this will probably end up yamashiro realizing about how comfortable he is with bambi and realizing that is what love is and not just a simple kindness that she think about bambi then thatll be the time where ako will go back inside yamashiro... i think... And itll end up like yamashiro getting confuse once ako go back to her cause ako accumulate love meanwhile yamashiro doesnt...

My heart is so confused. Ako returning to Yamashiro would be the most logical solution ... but at this point they are two different people with different lives and I can't see any good ending if they were to merge.
I've grown fond of them both. I want Ako to live the way she wants and I want Yamashiro to live her life to the fullest with confidence and without regrets.

Ugh which reminds me how much I love Hero's works.
