Ako to Bambi - Vol. 7 Ch. 82 - A Wound, A Scar

This manga always gives me such anxiety/sadness to read, because it’s so good and I know it’s going to end in the next 17 chapters.

Apologies for the really long wait on these chapters, it was just unfortunate back to back stuff between us working on them that work kept getting stalled. The first draft TLs for these three chapters were complete a month or so ago.

Anyway, I find it incredibly sweet that Bambi is actively looking for ways to alleviate Ako's concerns about them having a relationship. We also have Ako acting like Yamashiro for a moment there, and mention of how she still can't see herself in mirrors so going clothes shopping is difficult (it's been awhile, but it was mentioned by Kanae that if she can ever see herself in a mirror it means that she's completely separated from Yamashiro). There's a lot of pointing out the differences between the current and old versions of themselves, and also that Yamashiro is starting to act like how she used to.

Ooh, you're so right about the reflections! I never took that to heart, but the series is definitely going to end or get close to ending with that, huh?

P.S. On Page 6 Ako says, "Nuh uh, the girl was like 'you look like her'." I believe that character she's talking about, Kiyose (he appears in Chapter 74 as well), is a guy. Also on page 7, Ako says, "As I thought, you shouldn't wear the same uniform," but Ako is talking about what Bambi said so shouldn't it be, "As you thought, I shouldn't wear the same uniform"? These are a bit of a nitpick, but I just wanted to mention them.

P.S. On Page 6 Ako says, "Nuh uh, the girl was like 'you look like her'." I believe that character she's talking about, Kiyose (he appears in Chapter 74 as well), is a guy. Also on page 7, Ako says, "As I thought, you shouldn't wear the same uniform," but Ako is talking about what Bambi said so shouldn't it be, "As you thought, I shouldn't wear the same uniform"? These are a bit of a nitpick, but I just wanted to mention them.

You'd be correct on both of these, I'll try to revise and re-upload these pages.
