I like that she's continuing to undergo these changes; now that she's genuinely in love all these unfamiliar emotions are coming out.

Plus their differences were used here well. A lot of the miscommunication comes from one being human and one being part something else. Our MC was treating her differently based on her demon status and needs which inadvertently neglects her human needs. That seems like a cool approach--essentially a cultural difference.

It's good the series hasn't forgotten that these two aren't the same and will offend each other by accident. That's what happens in real cross cultural relationships quite regularly.
