I really loved this series but the ending kinda fell flat for me, feels more like a volume extra epilogue

I would have liked at minimum one chapter in between the last one and this one. In an ideal world maybe another volume would have been nice just to pace things out a little, I wanted some kind of interaction between Lily and Mais family and of course a little more background around Mais mom.

Also the Lily suddenly getting white hair just doesn't make sense thematically.

I really thought the author would dive more into the thing of Mai possibly being a daughter of an angel (other than the feather falling, ofc), though. Maybe not bad writing, but axed indeed

The axe was strong with this one...

Before the end I was like the.. "the author sure wants to push that contract by any means huh?"

"Huh.. but if mai's going to hell.. sure, she could be with lily but won't be able to be with her mom"

But Author decide to go with the "with-mom-route" lol going to heaven with lily after all she became a human.
