I'm a little bit confused, did the original girl wth the glasses die after Saku first got to her? Did she get replaced by the demon queen then? Did she automatically become a carrier for the demon queen as soon as the dream started? Was she never real to begin with, just the demon queen pretending to be a human? When the dream Anna goes to sleep, does she wake up as a human in the real world or does she wake up as the demon queen? I quite liked the story, but I'm slow when it comes to fantasy plots

from my understanding and of what was said from the authors notes, Anna was basicily never a real person, and it possible that what we see of Anna in our world were just fake memories made by the demon queen to lure Saku which is why Anna forgets them since they didn't exist in the first place, as for when Anna is asleep im not too sure about it but it does seem that when Anna or the Queen sleep one becomes the other much mean that they're still connect in some way but are spilt completey in body, however it could be possible
