Not that you're wrong, there is a naked lady in that one image of the things mouth, but I still call bullshit. Every other image of the monster doesn't have her. Even that one image barely resembles any other image of it. So rather then something that was really part of the beast, I wonder if it was just a bit of fan service the mangaka snuck past the editor and publishing company.
