Pretty sure she used her isekaiee knowledge so far to help her financially struggling father, which hints at her not being a selfish cunt.
She actually seems to be an honestly nice person.

Her reaction to the events not happening was mostly theorizing and then being frustrated at not having video games

I understand. I'm not trying to say she is a total cunt, but she is trying to play out the game's plotline by trying to meet with the assassin for a reason we currently not know. Does she really want things going the way the game intended by any means? Because we all know, all the game's route is leading to Diana's downfall. If so, then she will be an antagonist to the MC.

Depends on what her aim and motive is. Will she want to capture one or more of the (capture target) guys, to possibly gain a better social position in the process or will she sadistically want to witness Diana get a terrible end? If it's the former, she might either not care at all what happens to Diana or she might even be really glad if Diana is not a villainess. After all, in the original game Diana was trying to hamper the heroine's life in the academy. If that doesn't happen and instead the heroine will mind her own business and Diana hers, wouldn't that be a big relief for the heroine? It's one thing to play a game, but a different matter to suffer active school bullying for real.

What little we have seen of the original heroine's character so far, it doesn't seem like she'd be a psycho, who's waiting long years just for the chance to make Diana suffer.
