Hard to tell exactly since they didn't follow the story. For the better in my opinion, the novel is nice, it's just that the main story is 10 chapters + 20 sides stories and most of them are the main story from another characters, the ML, his brother, the 4 dumbass, the female knight, etc.
The manga did blend all of it so it's more pleasant to read.
Strictly speaking, this is the end, they could potentially add the happily ever after that include Emy's children, but that about it.
