So nice having a full & legible chapter. More than worth the wait.
I'm definitely of the mind that Aurora is not the evil sister that Karina has built up in her head - I do not know if Aurora will ultimately have been working toward some end that would see Karina be free to live her life on her own terms, or if there's some other purpose to this seeming usurping of Karina's place as Queen Consort - but I'm betting Aurora's not the antagonist here.
The Prince...well, he and the Royal Family are bad, if only in the sense that they spent multiple years carrying out that character assassination of Karina. There's undoubtedly more to it than that, but again - remains to be seen in the coming chapters.
I mostly wonder if Karina will find out whether Aurora was against her or with her, and if she'll do something she can't take back before learning the truth. A tragedy wherein she kills her sister only to discover once it's too late that Aurora was on her side, would be riveting storytelling, but.
It would seem Karina is simply fully haunted by the ghosts of her past, much like her fairytale counterpart - she is simply taking an active approach in taking back control, and "reciprocating" toward those she believed took everything from her. This revenge ploy of hers is definitely starting off with a bang, so I guess it all depends on whether Aurora speaks up, whether the guard at the wedding intervene, and what Karina uncovers from her sister and ex-fiance in the interim.
Thank you for continuing with this series. Can't wait for the next.
