MC will break off the engagement with the prince.
The foolish prince will somehow think that MC is a villainess.
The prince and the heroine is a stupid, disillusioned, lovey-dovey couple; so much that their act will negatively impact everyone around them: MC, her friends, and even the royal family.
Despite MC's efforts, the engagement still won't break even in latest volume (volume 7).

Well, although talking unofficially to the queen might have helped because of being relatives and all, officially she can't decline after it has already been decided.

Funnily enough, in the end after the engagement is broken,
