Because this is from Indonesian translation, I think some local term mixed here, such as KPI, in page 11. I suspect KPI actually "Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia", or "Indonesian Broadcasting Commission".¹

KPI notoriously well-know for issuing warning notices to broadcast companies for violate unsuitable for children rules and local cultures violations, such as public kissing² or simply showing revealing outfits. That is why many broadcast companies resort to self-censorship, sometimes going too far.

Please note: That was not KPI doing, but rather by the broadcast company. Even KPI themself said that the blurring was excessive.

thank you for the chapter, at this point in the series I like to think Anna is just one lewd handhold or head pat away from declaring Grace her oneesama/unnie and tattooing the phrase "Property of Gracesama" somewhere on her body.
Also with the build up regarding "Grace's" mom why do I get the feeling she's going to end up being possessed/inhabited by someone from the RL as well?

There’s actually a better example: cow tits udders. The agency gets hard seeing cow tits udders, so they censor them. This is from 10 years ago, but still ridiculous nonetheless.

I found the raw for that "KPI" page, and he's really saying PTA. That confirms that BayuAH has the right KPI; the Indonesian scan team must have chosen a local reference instead of translating directly. A broadcast standards group isn't much like the PTA, but they might both ban shows for kids, so it kinda works.

No offense to the MTLer, but Google Translate did slightly better with the raw page:

As for the silhouettes, I recognized one as Shin-chan, but the other two took some digging. Apparently upper left is an old Beat Takeshi character called Takechanman, and upper right is Bakatono, the Idiot Shogun. All three were on TV in the 80s and 90s -- and apparently Oji-san is still mad that he didn't get to watch them.
