What I want is a manga about a guy reincarnating into one of these game like worlds as a "capture target" but exclusively pursuing the "Villainess" and ignoring the heroine.

Mm, Glass Mask <3 One of my favourite series of all time, it's amazing. I really wish someone would pick up the scanlation though, if this continues I'll have to learn japanese (I have raws but I don't want to read them).

@subliminal Jishou Akuyaku Reijou na Konyakusha no Kansatsu Kiroku is kinda similar to that, but though the MC is a capture target he isn't the one who reincarnated.

@Meichiri: To be fair, Ayumi is a rival, not a villain.
Even back when Maya first appeared, Ayumi was the only one who recognized her talent (while the goon squad mocked her like a villain would)
They even help each other grow, sometimes through competing, sometimes through cooperating (like that part where Ayumi and Maya swapped position to learn the other's lifestyle for a bit)

It's the THOT that's the villain

@zz2000: Probably because making such character is a massive headache with how they'll impact the plot.
Not to mention if they're THAT focused on the MC, someone will likely bring up the theory that said villainess is actually gay for MC and is only stealing the men for attention.

“A girl was standing there looking in. She had full, rouged lips and wide-spaced eyes, heavily made-up. Her fingernails were red. Her hair hung in little rolled clusters, like sausages.”

This goes back to the 1930s. Curley’s wife was a villainess.
