This might be "controversial", but I found the chapter kinda lame. First, this whole info dump. Never a fan of that. Second, this entire "everyone's just a super nice family and there's no real reason why Grace is the way she is/was, just a misunderstanding". Third, that someone with that family would somehow be the villain in a story like this - that's not how these are games tend to be written, so it doesn't really make in-genre sense (though that was always going to be a problem).

I agree that the development of the cage being broken might be interesting.
... what if she's now in a certain comatose body?
But we'll just have to wait and see I suppose.

Looks like Grace is gonna let Kenza keep the helm for the time being. Because, well, the story ends if she doesn't, but also the change of character for friends and family alike would be too drastic.

Happy to see the story progress regardless. The characters are top notch but the isekai world is turning out too bland to keep interests going.
