Honestly after reading those 2 back to back, every other series rated between 8-9 just became unbearable. I've been spoiled.

Its so true it hurts. I just went through 4 alongside really good Action with Romance stories, so even the cool scenes look like shiny toys

And whenever they're close to being peak......they pull stuff like this chapter

Don't you just love slow burn type of romance?

I mean... its not quite a slow ... burn coz clearly realizing your feeling and the probability of confessing at chapter 24 is way to fast.. we haven't reached 50 chapters yet!

I'm curious what the prince's whole end goal in this is. He seems to have been regularly manipulating people to be worse people (made Bridget not pursue her education, likely behind Lisa acting so evil and her getting a magic fire to use since her friend said she used to be a much better person, pushed Nival to have his breakdown), but we don't really know why yet.
