Manga-updates says there are 4 volumes in country of origin and they posted this as first chapter of volume 4, which hopefully means we have four more chapters coming.

Because nobles have people to do that for them and working is not a "noble" thing.
Nobles did had a interest in commoner things but were usually something of a hobby and not something a marriage age individual would have.
