Before anyone complains about the lack of updates on this one: there haven't been any new chapters since May 2024, so I can't do much about that LOL.
My only guess is that the spinoff has been put on hold until certain events occur in the main manga because of obvious reasons, but it could be anything, really.

Actually, the reason why the spin-off is on hiatus is because Momo Futaba-sensei has been sick since June due to overwork, but luckily she's recovering and drawing again. She said on Twitter that the manga won't continue until next year, but she promised to keep doing her best and take better care of her health.

I highly reccomend following her on BlueSky (ftbmomo), where she's more active.
