Not gonna lie. If the messenger had a problem with the spell being used again, he should have stopped Albus' comrades from doing it in the first place. It took them 10 years to do figure out the spell. In that time period, the messenger could have talked to them or stopped them from activating the spell like the way the demon king did. Because I feel like his comrades made a really stupid and selfish decision when they had no clue how this would turn out, they didn't know if they would remember or not, they didn't know how far they would loop back, and they didn't even stop to think that if they would remember the demon king would also and guess what he did. There were plenty of ways to prevent this on the messengers' part, but I guess he was just AFK for 10 years.

Honestly if I was Albus, I would be incredibly angry right now. Decades of work and suffering wasted because his companions threw it all away and put all of humanity at risk. With the tone the manga seems to have, I doubt they will even explore how horrible what they did is and Albus will just simply start his new journey.

ooh this is interesting now, now i gotta ask, how we seen rayman before in the manga anywhere, maybe in one of albus's flashback? cus the role was given to rayman instead of albus, i wonder what life rayman was living or what he does in the timeline of albus being the hero?

With this new guy being the Hero, Albus doesn't really have the option anymore of using his status as the Hero to expedite things, not to mention we know nothing about this new guy and by all means he could just make the decision to slay the demon king's vessels and be done with this whole mess as he has no personal connection or obligation to save Fiona.

Not to mention the fact the demon king has all his memories intact right now and Albus no longer has the rewind magic on him since he's not the Hero this time. If the Demon king just undoes the Rewind magic on the new Hero and kills Albus he'll be done for good.

It is much worse. First of all, Albus knew not much changed with his loops so he was sure he could improve things without much risk while the time lime they regressed was one where the Demon Lord adapted and almost killed them all. Second of all Albus was rewinding only a little of timelines that had a lot of tragedy in them, while his friends rewinded years of a happy and peaceful world.

His companions have gambled way more and with a lot more risk that Albus ever did, which has placed them in a much more dangerous position with a more prepared opponent. That's even without mentioning that they knew Albus achieved what he wanted and still ruined it.

New hero is gay and revolves world next 6,969 times to save albus cuz he’s in love with albus and albus takes fiona’s place and gets possessed by demon king in 6,968 timelines
