More like Rougelike, yeah.

But it's a bit weird that he's only tried 35 times yet knows the dragon is a 60% success rate. I suspect he's done Groundhog Day levels of repeats if we include early losses.

Still, my main worry is - if suicide worked, can he ever die? Or will he, when dying of old age after his "perfect run", still restart?
(That's also a lot like Groundhog Day, innit?)

• p20-p22: There are some inconsistencies here: p21 suggests the MC has only beaten the demon king once, but then immediately mentions a speedrun record which implies he's won multiple times; and then p22 mentions it took the MC 5 attempts to defeat the demon king, and 13 years, vs. p20 saying the MC is on his 36th loop.
• p24 "and the idea of a 'perfect timeline' started to obsess me..." -> "and I became obsessed with the idea of a 'perfect timeline'..."

It thought they were inconsistencies at first, but then I started to wonder if MC is just an unreliable narrator and was rambling to hide something. Guess this depends on the atmosphere going forward.
