Calling it here the chouta dude is going to sacrifice himself and die so that Arisu can live. Also the strong dude said that Arisu would be the only one to survive if a world like that did exist(in the previous chapters). So is that foreshadowing? I hope not.

I think the live action portrayed the situation better. Every night there are building exploding and collapsing and hundreds of lasers being shot. How the hell do they even sleep at all?
