Censorship priorities have always been wonky. Add to that differences in priorities by region and we get a different shade of wonky per area. My favorite is still places like Japan though, because of how they censor their actual pornography just because of old timey regulations. Nobody wanted to end up being the one politician forever associated with wanting uncensored porn. I think some guy did finally take up that cause, actually, but without support from anyone else (who will all still not want to touch this issue with a ten foot pole for the sake of their reputations) he's probably just gonna look like an idiot all on his own.
