It's not like calling all of them "bees" is unique to Japan anyway. Everyone where I live knows there's a difference between all of those things. But we call them "bees." I'm allergic to yellow jackets, which are wasps. Still call them bees. It's just easier to say "Look at all those bees," than it is to say "Look at all the wasps, hornets, and bees out there today." Because they're all there, every time. Might as well call them one thing, and only some of them are assholes so that didn't seem appropriate.

A normal person wouldn't have that vivid imagination and have it centered around girls. Is it genetics and is that why his father and uncle is so perverted?

I always thought that bees "sting" using their bottom part, while wasps and hornets "bite" using their mouths.
Wasps indeed have jaws and can bite you (usually while trying to eat something off of you). Most common species also have stingers they use when sifficiatly angered. Unlike honeybee stingers (which are barbed), the stingers of most wasps are smooth and can therefore be used over and over without damaging the insect's health.
