Since when was a dullahan a fairy? I thought it was a ghost or undead or overall an unseelie/"aos si" if you go back far enough?

Unseelie fae.. which regularly gets mistranslated as "fairy".

Fairies are wonderful. They provoke wonder.
Fairies are marvellous. They cause marvels.
Fairies are fantastic. They create fantasies.
Fairies are glamorous. They project glamour.
Fairies are enchanting. They weave enchantment.
Fairies are terrific. They beget terror.

what is this even about? i can't remember this shid

You should re-read it if you forgot everything, but here is a semi short summary.

MC gets isekai´d to a world that semi-regularly summons people because they are strong mercenaries.
( and the country that summons him worships a god of war, who used to be a summoned hero from long ago )

He has no real goal other than to chill, but he is also a kid so he does stick out abit.
MC buys a wounded warhorse becouse it likes him, and it turns out to be a OP magical unicorn horse of death.

Meanwhile the horse is healing up and growing back its magical horn that was cut off ( which usually kills it )
MC is doing MC things, and this leads to him being liked by three goddesses without doing much of anything special.
MC convinces the goddesses to bait the god of war into a contract that eventually going backfires on him because he is also fucking stupid.
The reason he does this is because everyone dislikes the god of war as he is an asshole and is actively trying to destroy other gods' temples to become the strongest god while ALSO trying to get a harem of gods.

The guy is basically trying to be Zeus and failing hard, while MC is just wibing watching the chaos unfold.

Thank you, I remember what this is. But I don't remember, did the god of war get fucked over already?

Since always, the undead thing is a modern interpritation popularised in video games and D&D when dulahans and haunted armour became fairly synomimous.

Rather than go into details and potentally confuse, fae mostly come in two catagories, the Seele fae which range from benevolent to at least indifferent toward humans, such as brownies and knockers, and the unseele fae which are always malevolent, such as dulahans and redcaps.

Of course riling up even the Seele fae ended horribly because fae.
