Huh, I wonder if her powers will eventually override sunnies no matter what, or how good the two of them are feeling. It's interesting to see it pouring down rain like that!

She was feeling sick so it was raining outside? It seemed she was sick since earlier because there's already a drop of rain before she entered. No one noticed because she was so preppy with the glass thing..
Also, is it just me? Or does Sunny looked more mature in this chap?

Raine being sick made me forget to comment, but we actually got more lore and world building in this chapter. So we got to find out that there are the "ancient techniques" (which is basically magic) in their world so the supernatural doesn't just limit to Raine and Sunny's ability, Polkadot the talking cat, and the doesn't-seem-to-be-a-ghost lady who seemed to be named Clarisse. It's just that it was forgotten. I wonder if Sunny and Raine are the same (she did mention that they may be abnormal in one place but "normal" in another). They must have belong to an ancient clan that have this kind of ability. At the very least, Sunny definitely belong to a clan of some sort. It was shown and hinted that there was another one like him at the Haunted Mansion chapter (Clarisse said he had the same ability as her "brother" who was shown at the end of the chapter to be looking for her). So, if he's still alive, there's at least another one who have the same ability as him. It was teased twice now about Sunny having "siblings" which he denied. So at the very least, it seem like we will get to see Sunny's origin first or at least hints of it.
There's also the thing about world maps being made back then but stopped (gives the impression that the world was figuratively split apart somehow or there was unity back then that somehow got turned to pieces hence the maps became fragmented). There's also this moving island, "Final Rest" with ominous name and mysterious background. Did anybody notice the Sun, Moon, and Stars at the corner of the world maps? Sun is obviously associated with day and fire, while Moon is associated with night and water. Raine's ability is to make it rain which darkens the sky. Her coat brooch is also a crescent shaped like a teardrop (but that one is stretching it). Anyways, I'm curious about their origin and whether they have connection with these ancient people.
