Azuki manga is just hosting the translations done by J-novel club on their website instead of translating on their own. They have credited the J-novel club staff on their website.
I guess Azuki manga struck a deal with J-novel club for this subscription based manga streaming thing. I couldn't find anything on this on the J-novel club forums though so I might be wrong
