"Villainess" is the common translation application, but at the most base level when 悪女 [Akujou] is separated, you simplistically get "evil / bad woman." As one will find with numerous things in the language, it's all contextual. In the similar way, 義妹 [Gimai] covers both non-blood related variations of sister, both step-sister and sister-in-law, but which meaning it bears is contextual.So villianess is just a poor word to use here, right? It's actually her playing at being a jezebel.
