It’s pretty self-explanatory: The teachers are professional when they need to be, but then love to cut loose when they’re at home. They don’t act like their non-professional selves around others cause they trust the MC, simple as that.
That and shenanigans ensue cause it’s that kind of manga.

Some teens will ask a trusted adult, such as a school nurse or health ed teacher, if they don’t want to tell their parents about it. They probably would not ask about a teacher’s own sex life, but it’s not an unbelievable scenario for them to ask for genuine advice from a mature and reliable adult figure.
