Considering the first pair of naked books I saw as a child belonged to Bulma (in the original Dragon Ball comic), I think he'd be proud....

My journey started and ended with boobs (I mean, it started with the Super Saiyan moment really, but I didn't know what anime was. I only learned he was the author through the manga in elementary school).

Wow. Another piece of my childhood gone. Peak DBZ was such an exciting time. I remember being in Jr. High and getting up early in the morning to watch heavily edited episodes of DBZ and still really enjoying it. Thankfully when the show moved over to Cartoon Network in the late 90's and started doing light/unedited episodes is when I truly understood and came to really appreciate the show.

RIP Mr. Toriyama. Thank you for all the wonderful years of joy and entertainment. You will be missed.
