Well, from my PoV, there are a few problems.

Yes, Hiro got "stolen" from Shinozaki-sensei, but there is a plausible reason why he didn't resist.
Think this way: Shinozaki-sensei went to Hiro to ask for his help with her "private matters" (cuz let's be fair, that can be considered her private matters), but also at that point in time, Hiro was in his "Host" mode, so he, naturally, also had to entertain his guests at his inn/dorm. So, once Takahashi-sensei, Orizuru-sensei and Short-sta... Akhem I mean Meka-chan-sensei went to Hiro for help, he prioritized his work over private matters.

Tho, this is not me defending him. He could have simply asked them to wait a short while untill he finished his talk with her, but let's be honest, Hiro is still a kid + people make mistakes. It's what we do after making said mistakes is what matters the most.

Okay this makes slightly more sense. I was just taken aback by how he showed little to no resistance or even just a quick "Sorry I need to take care of this" while being dragged off. It probably wouldn't have changed the outcome but at least then he could say he tried instead of just blowing his lid afterwards but yeah like you said people aren't infallible + he's just a kid.
