There is a bit of a difference between Hina initiating wanting to go and asking if she can and him initiating inviting Seira, albeit so his friend can see her. One had an interest and asked to come herself, the other probably didn't give a **** and had to be asked/bribed to come. Yes, big misunderstandings everywhere, but knocking other people's comprehension level when you didn't seem to figure that out is just funny.
