Yeah, their dynamic has remained the same from the beginning of the story until now: Asahi acts bravely but gets all shy and embarrassed, Hinako is secretly over the moon in her own thoughts, and Tsukko always ends up teasing or making fun of Asahi. The only difference is that they now know how they feel about each other. However, they still aren't dating because, for some reason, Asahi is waiting until he finishes his exams first. Even his friends, and Asahi himself, think that decision is stupid.

It's pretty obvious that the author is just trying to drag the story out at this point. There are plenty of manga that execute this kind of romance far better, such as Momose Akira no Hatsukoi Hatan-chuu and Tonari no Neko to Koi Shirazu. Both are better than this manga, where every chapter feels like the same thing happening over and over again.
