If Tsukko were a wing woman she wouldn't have blown up the aquarium date a few chapters ago. Not only did she take away their time alone she basically forced Hinako to say right in front of Asahi that she wasn't asking for a date but instead it was a misunderstanding that she though he had asked her to go.
