Not gonna lie, that sounds like a lot of assumption on your part considering none of that has shown up in this brand new manga yet, and there's no original adaptation to go off of.

Bro what are you yapping, you literally invented all of that 💀 step away from mangas for a bit, the story has only 5 chapters so far and no novel. There hasn't been a chapter that goes into the sister's true feelings.

They were combined into a single series, but for some reason somebody decided to split these two chapters off into their own page because supposedly the first 2 chapters were actually a "oneshot"... which is not the definition of a oneshot at ALL but y'know, whatever.

We have plenty of oneshots that consist of two parts. It's a separate title because it's a separate instalment. Just because it received a serialisation 1 year later that includes the first two chapters doesn't mean the oneshot never happened.

If the serialization includes the first 2 chapters with no changes, then those chapters should be included in the serialization, not split apart. If the oneshot chapters were changed/edited when it moved to a serialization, I would agree in the separation. As it is, the chapters are ripped away from the serialization for no reason other than to acknowledge that the author at one point intended to end the series with 2 chapters, but then continued it. It's the same series, just continued. It's not a separate series based on the original 2 chapters. Rather than saying a oneshot was "serialized" you could just say that the author took a year long break from the series.

Also, a oneshot with multiple parts is just a mini series, not a oneshot by definition. If a oneshot can have 2 chapters, why can't it have 4? 4 chapters is enough for a volume. Are we going to start calling 1 volume series "oneshots" now?

Cute chapter.

I can't help but wonder how much Tsukiko knows about the sparks flying between Hinako and Asahi. That smile at the end of the chapter made me worry about whether she was genuinely happy to see her brother going out, or if she was about to do something. Poor Asahi was shaking.

Hopefully we get a cute aquarium date with just the two of them next chapter!

She absolutely 100% knows.
