There's 2 possibilities: it either adapts all the routes jumping from one to the other or only adapts Yui's and then continues the story.
I'd bet more on the latter. It's not like just because we're seeing these scenes that it means it's going to be Iwasawa's route, you could still see them and then go to another completely different route.

I stopped following the raws, but could anyone tell me if this is actually expanding on anything...? I only noticed some extra interactions with the GDM members, but the rest of charas are being ignored... Is there an actual difference because I don't feel it at all. Or maybe it's because I plaed the VN back in the day, but this feels really really rushed.

If it was back then at the peak of Angel Beats/Little Buster's popularity this woudl have been one fo the top manga...

Nowadays it's just nostalgia fuel that most newcomers don't even know about....

I wish Maeda went back to the VN, his original anime always feel like rushed VN adaptations because he writes them with a VN mindset, he has trouble adapting his style to anime format and it shows.
